This secluded, secure community of cluster homes, townhomes and apartments lies only 1 ½ miles from historic Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary, minutes from fine dining, shopping, and cultural activities and just a short drive from three airports—Newport News-Williamsburg International, Richmond International and Norfolk International.  

Williamsburg Landing is a CARF-CCAC accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community and Person-Centered Long-Term Care Community. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Williamsburg Landing offers a full continuum of care through independent residential living; ambulatory care; home health services; emergency medical assistance; assisted living; special care; memory support; skilled nursing care and long-term care.

Owned by Williamsburg Landing, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code, our residents’ needs are our first priority. We are governed by an eighteen-member corporate volunteer board of distinguished local citizens and two residents. Williamsburg Landing’s President/CEO and his staff are responsible for the day-to-day management of the community. This active partnership between the corporate and resident boards, staff and residents encourages and supports an outstanding quality of life for our residents.
