Recognized by CareScout®, creator of the first quality ratings on nursing homes and health agencies in America, for outperforming our peers at both the state and national levels, Woodhaven Hall received the highest ranking possible with a “AAA” rating during their 2007 Quality of Care Survey.

Our 58-bed skilled nursing center provides rehabilitative as well as extended care in a comfortable and caring environment. Our residents are encouraged to use personal furnishings to create the familiarity of home.
