Land Classes
Staying fit is fun when you join your neighbors at any of our strength, flexibility and toning classes.
Stride & Strength 1: Head-to-toe muscle training using free weights, resistance bands and stability balls to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Light-to-moderate intensity; includes standing and mat (floor) work.
Stride & Strength 2: The same training as Stride and Strength1 but with mat (floor) work. Light-to-moderate intensity; includes standing leg work only.
Chair-a-cise: Strength, flexibility, overall toning and abdominal work from the chair, using weights and resistance bands. Light-to-moderate intensity.
Yogalates: A class designed to combine the benefits of yoga and Pilates exercises. Moderate intensity.
Yoga: A gentle, well-rounded class suitable for all levels. Exercises will help to improve balance, flexibility, and relaxation.
Instructor’s Choice: An intensive workout designed by the instructor that may include activities such as circuit training, stability ball, or other appropriate fitness activities. High intensity.
